2026-07-19- Fixed: a member who joined a group (or reinstalled the app) right as the group key rotated could get permanently locked out — their messages showed as "🔒 Encrypted message" to others and they couldn't read the group. The app now automatically re-shares the current group key with members who are missing it, recovering their blocked history.
- Hardened group encryption key handling so one device can no longer overwrite the group keys other members rely on.
